Cuban research organization was involved by Roswell Park Cancer Institute to hold a trial of a vaccine for lung cancer in U.S. Dr. Candace Johnson, being the chief executive officer of Roswell Park, announced it at the end of a state foreign trade mission that was held in Havana with private-sector executives and officials. Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo was also present there. After returning to New York, Johnson said in an interview “it seems very exciting”. Roswell Park participated with companies like Pfizer and JetBlue, on the trip by Cuomo. At Havana airport, Cuomo said “it was not a productive way to isolate the past” while he was holding a session with the reporters.
